About me...
Graduated in Economics and Management of Tourist Services at the University of Messina and subsequently specialized in hotel / hospitality, for over 20 years I have gained considerable experience in the tourism sector having held various positions in international hotels and tour operators, in Italy and abroad.
My mother tongue are Italian and French, with an excellent command of the English language and knowledge of some other European languages, I joined the team of the Club Mediterranée in 1997 covering, from the beginning, relevant positions in the prestigious and authoritative Traffic Office.
So I had the opportunity to refine my knowledge and skills in passenger assistance, logistics and airport operations, problem solving and intermodal traffic management. The experience and professionalism gained in such international companies has facilitated the establishment of an Airport Tourist Assistance company, which has been in positive business for over 10 years. Among the numerous customers also served the Club Mediterranée to which the company provides assistance in the various Sicilian airports.
